While Epicurean Excursions makes every effort to provide on-time service, it does not guarantee its departure and arrival times, which may be delayed by any number of factors, including weather, traffic or road conditions, mechanical problems or any other cause or condition beyond Epicurean Excursions’ control. Epicurean Excursions reserves the right to cancel or change any tour, advertised schedule or route without notice.

Epicurean Excursions assumes no liability or responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property, inconvenience, delay, or expense arising from or caused by weather conditions, acts of God, war, accident, government restrictions or regulations, from an act or omission of any individual, traffic or road conditions, mechanical problems or any other cause or condition beyond Epicurean Excursions’ control.

Fares are subject to change without notice. Epicurean Excursions is not liable for lost, stolen or destroyed tickets. Tickets are non-refundable. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Epicurean Excursions reserves the right, without refund of any portion of ticket purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or fails to comply with the rules, terms and conditions applicable to passengers on the tour. If you witness disorderly conduct or suspect a problem with a fellow passenger please notify your Epicurean Excursions tour guide.

By presenting this ticket for admission, you hereby consent to Epicurean Excursions’ use of your voice, image or likeness incidental to any video and/or audio-recorded program or photograph of the tour for any and all purposes without compensation to you.

Any person under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a person at least 15 years of age or older at all times. Federal and State law prohibit smoking on the bus. Video and audio recording on the bus is strictly prohibited.

Most tours take place on coach buses. Most buses are equipped with on-board restrooms. Buses are equipped with lap or shoulder belts or harnesses. We are committed to providing accessible tours to persons with disabilities and are able to provide accessible vehicles for passengers with mobility impairments. Notice of the need for an accessible vehicle must be made in writing at least 72 hours in advance is strongly recommended so as to guarantee the timely provision of an accessible vehicle to contactus@epicureanexcursions.com . The wheelchair lifts can accommodate up to approximately 600 pounds total. However, If you will be using a fold-up wheelchair and will be traveling with someone who can provide assistance on and off the bus, you do not need to inform us ahead of time as all of our buses have room in the luggage compartment to store it.
